By confirming a reservation with Bamboo Turtle Ecolodge, the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed once full or partial payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued by the Ecolodge.

Modification Policy
Reservation dates, room types, guest names, or stay durations cannot be modified within 30 days prior to arrival. Any requested modification is subject to availability and approval by the Ecolodge.

Cancellation PolicyOur general cancellation policy is designed to match a strict accommodation policy similar to major booking platforms.
- More than 28 days before check-in: Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- 28 days or less before check-in: The reservation becomes fully non-refundable and non-changeable. No refund will be issued for cancellations, date changes, shortened stays, no-shows, or early departures.
- After the scheduled check-in date: No refund of any kind will be provided.
- All promotion rates under non-refundable policy, will subject 100% cancellation fee / no refund if the booking is cancelled

No-Show & Early Departure
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior written notice will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be retained. No refunds will be issued for unused nights or early departure.

Force Majeure
The Ecolodge shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, airline disruptions, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, refunds or credits remain at the sole discretion of the Ecolodge.

Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, flight disruptions, and unforeseen events.

Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with payment or confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
